Individuals enrolled in the Operational Messaging Program may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message received. For assistance, individuals may reply HELP. 5. Mobile Workforce Application

PowerConnect USA LLC provides a mobile application exclusively for authorized employees, crews, and contracted field personnel to support daily field operations. It is not a consumer or public-facing application; access requires company-issued credentials.

The application requests the following device permissions, each used only for the stated purpose:

• Location (while in use): to confirm that crews clock in and out at the correct assigned job site. Location is not collected in the background and is never used for advertising.
• Camera: to take photos that document field reports, work orders, equipment, and jobsite conditions.
• Photo Library: to attach existing photos to field reports and related records.

Information entered in the application is used solely for internal business operations — including dispatch, scheduling, payroll, reporting, and safety — and is never sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. Users may disable location, camera, or photo permissions at any time through their device settings, although certain application features may not function without them.

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information. Information may be shared with trusted service providers strictly for business operations (e.g., secure communication platforms), subject to confidentiality obligations.
