Job Hazard Analysis
We conduct detailed JHAs before every shift to identify potential risks, define controls, and assign clear responsibilities — ensuring every worker understands the day's hazards.
Equipment Maintenance
Our fleet undergoes strict daily pre-operation inspections and scheduled preventative maintenance to eliminate mechanical failures before they become safety incidents.
PPE Compliance
Hard hats, high-visibility vests, safety glasses, gloves, and steel-toed boots are mandatory on all job sites. PPE is inspected regularly and replaced at no cost to employees.
Utility Locating
Before any ground disturbance, we perform 811 dig-safe notifications and on-site utility locating to prevent strikes on buried gas, electric, and fiber infrastructure.
Incident Reporting
All incidents and near-misses are documented, investigated, and reviewed within 24 hours. Root cause analysis drives corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
